Velee supports all common image formats including JPG, PNG, JPEG, and BMP, with a maximum file size of 15MB. For best results, upload images with clear subjects such as people, products, or artwork. Images exceeding 1980×1080 pixels will be automatically resized.

Velee's AI models are continuously improving. While most photos produce excellent results, quality may vary depending on image complexity. We recommend trying a few test images first to ensure our tools meet your needs. If you're not satisfied, you can try different settings or contact our support team.

Our flexible subscription policy lets you cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term commitments — you're free to adjust your plan as your needs change.

Our AI tools work best with clear, well-lit photos of people and faces. For enhancement, slightly blurry or low-resolution images see the most improvement. Already-sharp images may not show dramatic changes. Portrait photos consistently produce the best results across all our creative tools.

Credits are Velee's virtual currency for using our AI tools — enhancing photos, applying art styles, transforming faces, and more. Credits never expire once purchased, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you need.
